These Terms govern your use of LabWired services, including:
api.labwired.com/mcp and model gateway at api.labwired.com/v1;By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: contact@labwired.com.
LabWired is a product and brand owned and operated by Andrii Shylenko e.v.
LabWired helps you design, run, and check firmware against virtual hardware (digital twins)
and, where available, desk tools for real boards. LabWired Agent is the local product entry
(labwired agent) that can use hosted models and tools after sign-in, or local/BYO
models you configure.
Open-source components (for example the simulator core) are licensed separately under their own licenses (e.g. MIT). These Terms govern the hosted Service and your use of LabWired Agent with hosted features, not your separate use of open-source code offline without our APIs.
Some features require signing in (OAuth or device-code login for LabWired Agent). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials and device tokens secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the firmware, code, and designs you submit. You grant LabWired a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service and return your results, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The LabWired hosted agent uses hosted model-gateway/CLI conversations. LabWired stores their prompts, rewritten outputs, and normal source or firmware and tool calls embedded in those conversations. Browser Architect stores redacted Build Intent prompt/log data, not a full output, source, or tool transcript. Hosted MCP calls are processed but not conversation-content captured; only bounded usage telemetry may be retained.
Automated best-effort redaction masks or omits obvious credentials, private keys, email addresses, signed-token secrets in URLs, and large binary attachments, but removal is not guaranteed or perfect. Customer content is not sold and is not used to train models by default. You may request deletion of hosted conversations and your account through the contacts in Section 12, subject to the backup lifecycle described in the Privacy Policy.
BYO Codex, Claude, and other local or direct traffic not sent to LabWired is not stored under this policy.
Agent and model output is assistive. You must review generated code and evidence. Twin results
are model-based; do not treat agent prose as a verification pass. Where LabWired
reports statuses such as model_verified or hardware_observed, only the
documented oracle paths apply (see product docs) — not chat self-assessment.
LabWired strives for high-fidelity, hardware-validated simulation, but a simulation is a model, not the physical device. Results may differ from real silicon. Physical board operations (flash, probe, serial) can brick or damage hardware; you use them at your own risk. Do not rely on LabWired as the sole means of validating safety-critical, medical, automotive, aerospace, or other high-risk systems. Always verify on real hardware before deployment where failure could cause harm.
The LabWired Agent install kit may be distributed under an open-source license (see the Agent repository LICENSE). Hosted model gateway, remote MCP, and accounts remain subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Local-only use without LabWired hosted APIs is governed by the applicable open-source licenses and your own model/provider terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabWired will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or hardware, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or others.
