Terms of Service

Last updated: June 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of LabWired — the web playground at app.labwired.com, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at api.labwired.com/mcp, the LabWired app for ChatGPT, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: contact@labwired.com.

The Service

LabWired runs firmware and hardware models in a deterministic simulator and returns the results. It is a development and testing tool. The open-source simulator core is licensed separately under its own MIT license; these Terms govern the hosted Service, not your separate use of the open-source code.

Accounts & access

Some features require signing in via OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your content

You keep ownership of the firmware, code, and designs you submit. You grant LabWired a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service and return your results, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Simulation disclaimer

LabWired strives for high-fidelity, hardware-validated simulation, but a simulation is a model, not the physical device. Results may differ from real silicon, and the Service is provided for development and testing only. Do not rely on LabWired as the sole means of validating safety-critical, medical, automotive, aerospace, or other high-risk systems. Always verify on real hardware before deployment where failure could cause harm.

Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabWired will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or hardware, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or others.
